Can I commission MLB for only one of its services?
Yes. The integrated studio approach gives the most value, but MLB accepts standalone commissions for architectural design, interior design or construction, depending on project scope and current studio capacity. Each enquiry is assessed individually.
Does MLB handle planning permissions and council negotiations?
Yes. MLB manages the documentation, submissions and communication with the local authority on your behalf, and has experience with municipal planning requirements across Gauteng and beyond.
How is the project kept on schedule and within budget?
A dedicated project manager is assigned to every build and monitors timelines, contractor performance and expenditure in real time. You receive regular progress reports and are consulted before any scope change.
At what stage should I contact MLB?
